We booked a deal package for one night with inclusive 25min massage, dinner and breakfast. The only good part was the food and the massages. It was really delicious and unique. About the rest I was really disappointed. The spa amenities were small and dirty (especially the chair mattresses). The relax room was the only nice room where you could have some quietness and Ambiente. The sauna was not useable, it was so stinky in there and everyone just sat inside without a towel spreading their sweat on the wood. The steam room was stinky too. However the rooms were ok, the walls are really thin so we could hear babies cry and other people talk. The AC didn?t work and also the toilet flush, what was really nasty. It is definitely a stay more for old people and nothing for couples that want to have a quiet luxurious time. There were also a lot of kids what I didn?t expect. All in all I would never go there again especially not for this price.Rooms: Old furniture, thin walls, AC didn?t work, Toilet flush didn?t work. It was clean tho.Food & drinks: Really yummy. Staff pretty young, shy and a little bit unsure.

Stayed for an overnight package for couples: massage, spa facilities, dinner & breakfast. I think the only notable mention was the food. If the package price were less I'd naturally provide a lower more suitable expectation. The chairs by the pool were a bit dirty & the sauna is not a traditional stone sauna. I even went the extra bit to have a 50min mud spa supplemental to the package deal & it was not anything special. I will say the lounge area pre-spa was authentically pleasing, however, I dont think the point of traveling 3hrs to visit a spa is for one room's scenery. I think the price is too high for the facilities + spa.

Can I start by saying the staff were exemplary! Rooms were amazing. We had a cooperate event held here today which went well until lunchtime. There was basically no food left for our guests. The meal the night before had alarm bells ringing, Very poor indeed. This was then confirmed the next day. We will not be using this venue again. People left lunchtime to pick up something on the way home. Very disappointed. BTW its £5 to park for the day, not explained during the booking! What would a customer think of this on a free seminar.Rooms: Very good.Food & drinks: Poor

The staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much hassle. The spa was amazing along with our treatments - only small criticism would be the steam and sauna quite small and also not enough lounging beds when busy. Hotel spotlessly clean and use of gym and all leisure facilities was a nice touch. Gym well equipped for hotel with techno gym and large screens which made experience more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it and will hopefully be staying again soon!Rooms: Clean, modern, and comftable beds with various sized pillows. Coffee machine/hot chocolate/ tea in room. Milk vending machine in hallway- nice touch. Large Desk for completing work. Wardrobes with robe, slippers, iron, ironing board.Nearby activities: Located just off m4 and m5 for convenience. Pub across road, which is reasonably priced.Food & drinks: Restaurant on site, good choice of food, tastes amazing. Abit pricey. Impressive menu -some of the dishes a bit fusy for us but would suit others' tastes, I'm sure. Apple crumble dessert was a favourite. Breakfast was okay- good variety to choose of menu, portions a little small I would say and I think it would be better served as a buffet style. Apart from that was very good

Lovely staff make the all difference when you stay away for business as often as I do, and everyone at the Aztec was brilliant, especially the server who sorted dinner for me just as the kitchen was closing ( I arrived just before 9pm) and of course the kitchen staff who prepared a very nice meal.Rooms: Nice clean room, with plenty of space, a good sized desk and a sofa as standard. The little extra touch of being able to get fresh milk and water was lovely. I also liked the White Company toiletries.

Lovely stay. Would definitely recommend. We will be staying again next time we travel to Bristol.Rooms: Nice large room, nicely decorated with a large tv. Plenty of room with two single pull out beds for the children as well. Extras such as robes and slippers for adults and children, drinks, snacks and cookies for the children was a nice touch and their own toiletries in cute bags.Food & drinks: Excellent food in the lounge bar.
