as an autistic petrol head I have visited Aston Martin Bristol 4 times now most recently was December time 2024 and each time I have been there the staff have been lovely kind and welcoming each time ive been apart from the first time in 2021 because of covid the folks there have been fine with me sitting in the cars inside the showroom and I cant wait to visit and do so again this upcoming winter fantastic showroom

Always a special place to visit and a very special buying experience. Doesn't matter if you own the cheapest or most expensive Aston they treat you the same.

Travelled some distance with a fair amount of cost to see a car described as only having 1 or 2 stone chips and only minor marks on the interior. Car had significant road rash on the front, circa 50 + stone chips and significant marks on the interior that weren?t pointed out. Very disappointing and quite disingenuous. Would be hard pressed to ever consider this dealer again and not what you?d expect from a main dealer.

I have visited twice to test drive cars. I am treated well and able to view a nice range of cars. I found that the salespeople at Aston Martin are the best to interact/deal with. When it comes to buying a car, the branch at Bristol is a very likely place.

Just wanted to add what a fantastic and seamless experience I had when buying from Josh Marks at AM Bristol. Being based in Saudi and not being able to view the car there is always a little risk, but Josh went above and beyond. Multiple personal videos both exterior and interior, service history documentation etc. Throughout the whole journey he kept me informed with photos and videos of MOT, servicing updates, pre-delivery polishing and preparation, loading etc. All very reassuring. The price point for my DBS Superleggera was also very competitive, no more than and in-line with some independent dealers, but with the knowledge and back up of the Timeless warranty and AM dealers support. I also added the AM titanium exhaust system and got a very healthy discount too, nothing was too much trouble. They even fitted my personal plates and threw in covered trailer delivery to the other end of the country. Now, I am counting down the days to the end of Feb to being able to drive this magnificent V12 beast. Fingers crossed the weather is kind for my visit. 5 stars all round, highly recommended.

I went to collect a part for aml.arrived 8.00.went into reception and was greeted by one of the nicest ladies imaginable.explained why i was there and nothing was a faff.she phoned stotes,located my psrt the person i needed to see,directions round the block.she is a star.she also offered drinks,a seat,and toilets which doesnt always happen in this job and spoke to me well,like a person who she had known for years. A m bristol you have a wonderful receptionist,hang on to her and a massive thankyou for making my day,week year.
