“First time visiting serenety as a client today. I was not disappointed. I had my eyebrows waxed, dyed and eyelashes tinted. I booked online in advance as it best suited my needs. I even cancelled and rearranged what I was having done very easily using the online service.The studio itself is upstairs (so potentially a problem for some - I'm unaware of a disabled access, perhaps ring to enquire). But once inside it is a very nice place.The bed I laid on had heated blankets so I was very comfortable during my treatment. Staff have always been very friendly and approachable.Parking is a bit of a hazard as the building is on a main town square so arriving early to aquire a parking space is very advisable!Prices vary but are very competitive. I was more than happy to pay £30 for my appointment today. Especially with the delightful young lady who made me look 10 years younger!”
