In a world where everything begins to look the same and "The Customer Journey" is all about getting people to spend the maximum and then get out as quickly as possible, Shop at The Ship turns that wretched premise on its head, boots it in the posterior, shows it the door and tells it never to return.Great shop, great atmosphere, great staff, open 12 hours every day, I don't know what drives these delightful people on but long may they reign.
