Pub needs some TLC

Cannot answer about as only had Sunday lunch here. Ordering was simple. Staff were efficient and polite and chatty. Food came out quite quickly and very hot. Well worth the cost of the meal. Thought there would be more people in the inn and those that did come in went through to the tables outside, well it was a very sunny day.
I would recommend this place for a relaxed time with good, locally sourced food.

Had a wonderful three days in the town; wish we could stay forever. So welcoming and comfortable--talk with the friendly locals and enjoy your stay!
Bell Inn provided us a great room, excellent sleep, delicious meals, and they're a close walk to the train.

Visited last weekend when by chance it was their 10th Birthday celebrations, once we found this pub on the Friday we didn?t bother with any others over the weekend! Outdoor space was good with a courtyard area and a garden behind that as well. Live music on the Saturday and great weather, what more could we want! Obviously really really busy but the staff were great. We didn?t eat but the food coming out and the stone baked pizzas that were being cooked in the garden looked delicious. We?ll definitely be back!
