“I'd popped a repeat prescription in on a Friday, and happened to be in town the following day, so went in to check if it was ready (knowing it can take up to 5 working days). It wasn't, but the wonderful staff dealt with it there and then! I wasn't expecting this, or demanding it, very kind and went beyond the expectations.”
