“My husband and I brought my elderly mother here in September. She lives in Moreton and likes nothing more than a mooch around a garden centre and a coffee and cake! They were very busy, in the middle of a refit and getting all their Christmas trees etc out on the shop floor.We had food in the cafe which was very nice and then on the way out Mum decided she'd like to buy a new Christmas tree. She chose the one she wanted and the staff were all very helpful in finding it in the stockroom and bringing it onto the shop floor so we could pay and take it away - Mum doesn't drive so took advantage of us visiting with the car.Fast forward to mid Decemberish when Mum wanted to put her tree up and found that one of the connections to work the lights wasn't working. She called Fosseway and they couldn't have been more helpful, in fact they sent someone to her home to try and fix it. When they couldn't they returned to the store and then back to Mum's with a new part and hey presto....her new tree was fully lit!I'd just like to say thank you to all involved for going above and beyond to help Mum. What wonderful staff you have ?”
