My 70 years old mother-in-law brought her car here for an MOT last year, initially satisfied. However, four months later, we discovered a discrepancy? the MOT certificate mileage exceeded the actual car mileage. Upon returning, they dismissed her concerns, claiming records were deleted after three months, and DVLA won?t correct their records without the garage documents showing that it was their error. Subsequently, we had a new MOT done elsewhere but now it conflicts with the incorrect mileage they registered last year, as the car still has less mileage than last years MOT records and it makes it look like she tampered with the mileage. Disappointed with the lack of resolution and transparency, they offered no support whatsoever and they even said ?it is your responsibility to check the documents?.

AVOID!!!!!Very poor service!! Booked in for a MOT and service, and wasn?t given the correct price. Popped in at lunchtime to check on my car and it wasn?t on site, I later found out it had been driven to lunch!!!Finally at 4.30pm I called for a update and was told it had failed the MOT and they had just gone ahead and fixed it without asking me, and WITHOUT calling me to check that I wanted it done there or could afford to pay for it.I was then told it?s going to cost £670.00 odd!! I was in complete and utter shock!! Specially being pregnant and not having that much money! It was either pay up or I wouldn?t get my car back. They had charged me for stupid things that didn?t need doing as my partner had only done them things a few days ago. They Absolutely ripped off a pregnant woman!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Oh and my car actually come out with damage, with my door handle hanging off!! Was told they would fix it in a few days but they never called me back! TERRIBLE SERVICE
