On 28/9/20 we ordered a Kohler Modern Life toilet and sink from Lydney Bathrooms Ltd which were delivered in November 2020 and installed by one of their recommended fitters.In October 2021 we contacted Lydney Bathrooms to advise the soft close seat cover no longer works. I was told they no longer deal with Kohler but they would look into it.About three weeks ago I rang for an update and was surprised to learn that they would NOT sort it out and it was up to me to chase Kohler. This means that guarantees Lydney Bathrooms give are worthless and any claims will have to be resolved through the Small Claims Court.We try to buy locally if possible but this experience shows this outfit is not trustworthy and in future should be avoided at all costs. It is pointless buying from them if they will not honour guarantees for which they are legally liable.

Lydney Bathrooms is an excellent bathroom/kitchen showroom based in an easily accessible location in Lydney.Jordan and the boys are incredibly professional and are obviously very good at what they do, the service and knowledge in regards to all products on offer is of an incredibly high standard!They?ve recently designed and supplied a bathroom for my parents which is of the highest quality and priced incredibly well!I would recommend Lydney Bathrooms & Kitchens for any job big or small!
