From the moment I got in touch with Jenna at Bidmead Cook, I totally understood why they have a five star rating on Google. Jenna was friendly, accommodating, and kind, and she came across as really genuine, as well as being reliable and getting in touch when she said she would. Everyone I've had contact with at Bidmead Cook has responded swiftly to any queries I've had, and the whole process has been smooth, although I'm yet to pick up the keys for the property I'll be renting! All in all, I have no complaints, and I'm very grateful to be renting my first place on my own, couldn't have done it without you Jenna.

We cannot thank Bidmead Cook enough for all their support in the recent sale of our house. Due to Covid, we hit a number of stumbling blocks along the way, and we always felt that they constantly kept us in the loop and informed. The after sale support has been first class, and while I am sure they also had many more customers, we were always made to feel a priority. i have had the pleasure of dealing with bidmead cook for many years and wouldnt use anyone else. the staff go above and beyond the call of duty! they respond quickly to emails and phone messages, they are all up to speed with what is required so you dont have to keep repeating yourself. they anticipate the needs of customers. the staff at bidmeads many offices are a credit to the company.

The team were always available and able to give advice at all stages through the process, when there were a few holdups further up the chain, the team investigated the chains situation every step of the way to keep seller/purchaser fully in the picture and the time expected to resolve the outstanding items. Bidmead Cook, in particular Bethany have just helped me through the difficult process of serving notice to tenants to leave a rental property. The tenant has been manipulative and untruthful throughout the process but by Beth's calm management of that, along with support from her colleagues, meant that the tenants finally left. I also appreciate their support through the most stressful moments when they must have been groaning at the sight of another email or another phone call from me. It would be understandable but no-one showed any irritation and they were all very professional and helpful at every turn.Also, they were very understanding over each and every problem as it arose. I will always be very grateful for their help through this very unexpected learning curve.
