We had the warmest of welcomes from our hosts and their local customers at this family-run pub today when we descended on them for a hastily arranged folk music session.
The pub could not have been more accommodating. Although they do not serve food they were happy for us to bring our own snacks.
Clean, tidy and in a beautiful setting in the forest with plenty of parking space and a pretty garden.
We had a lovely relaxed afternoon. We will be back!

Drinkers only need apply. A lovely local pu without food to get in the way.Very friendly hosts, and locals.Dog friendly but do bag up any Barker eggs your chums leave.It's on the way to the post box and I am happy to be posting lots of mail recently ?
