We stopped for a cooked breakfast on our holiday, but surprisingly we payed for coffee/ tea on top of Full English where that's normally included, but it was fine

Don?t come for the food but for the views.
The location is lovely but the food is rather decent. Had a burger which was under seasoned and didn?t taste of much. The patty itself was especially disappointing. Looked like very cheap frozen and potentially fried patty? Chips were okay but not overwhelming. Quick service but stressed environment.
Also pretty untidy patio.

We came in here earlier on today and my gosh it was very busy and we were told that there would be a 90 minute wait on food so decided to just have a drink instead. We went off to look for another place to eat but everywhereelse had stopped serving. Anyway I suggested we go back. We were still told that there would be a 90 minute wait but the food came out in about 15-20 minutes and my goodness it was lovely ? I had the lasagne it was a nice big portion I ate it all! :) my husband had a burger he ate most of his. Very good service well done all despite being so busy we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. :) we have been here quite a few times over the years and we will be back again soon. Many thanks all. :)

We went for a bite to eat this evening after a walk. An hour wait for pizza, the pizza was the greasiest pizza I have ever seen and wasn't very nice tasting either. What a waste of money and time! If only they took more care, people would pay for better quality. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

Ordered lunch at 1p and was told 30-45 min wait for food. Took over 90min and was given the rudest service. Refused to help children get food quicker than adults when checked in at the 60min mark. Avoid when busy, clearly lacks staffing, training and understanding.

Have been using this place ocasionally over the last 20 years. every time hoping to see some improvements.
customer service 0000. five pillars of customer service. greeting,making eye contact.takings orders efficiently.making the guests feel good & comfortable. the opposite happens here. it might be a familly run business but its not your home. if you want customers to come back treat them accordingly its a eatery for god sake you must go an extra mile to satisfy the customer not use the familly run business excuse to avoid providing what customer wants. Very poor maks. get some one who know about hospitality to train ur staff & improve the customer experience.

Fab location and as it was a mild October we sat by the Thames and enjoyed a very delicious Hawaii 5-O pizza.
We thought service was slow and the barstaff were a bit grumpy.
Queuing at the bar to order if awkward, we seemed to constantly stood in someone's way ????
We will go again, loved it!
Walkability: Wonderful walks along the Thames and through the village, it is so pretty!
Food and drinks: Lovely pizzas and great beers!

My family went here for some lunch and the food choice was amazing. The menu wasn't miles long, but it seems there was something for nearly every taste. The portions were very sizely, and the food was incredible. I will more than likely return when I am next in the area.
