“Great service from Andy, couldn't be more grateful! Part of the buckle on one of my Irish dance shoes broke on Friday and with St Patrick's Day coming up this Sunday (and rehearsals beforehand) I was feeling stressed about getting it fixed in time. Andy checked that I was happy that the buckle might not exactly match the other and asked when I needed it by - not batting an eyelid when I said Monday, bearing in mind I only dropped it round late Saturday. The fix is great, I can barely seen the difference from the other shoe. He also didn't charge me even though he really should have seeing as he really rescued me from a predicament!”
