The cafe is in the beautiful outer grounds of the castle and the car park is large and free.
Stopped in for a coffee before walking into Winchecombe. It was on a Sunday morning and reasonably quiet. The service was good and we noted that they had plenty of food options. The coffee was what I would call okay and we had it on the terrace outside the visitor centre. Very clean toilets are avaliable in the visitor centre.

Bought two cakes and coffee, over £15 ! Had to leave them half eaten as the place was infested with wasps. All doors wide open. Did not fancy swallowing a wasp !

My friend went in the cafe last Saturday to get us a drink to bring outside. She was charged £24.70 for 4 small cartons of juice and 2 packets of crisps!
Our coach driver told her to go back and check that she hadn?t been overcharged but she hadn?t been given a receipt ( although had online bank proof) and was too embarrassed.
We all thought this was very expensive.

A lovely little cafe serving hot drinks, hot food, cakes and scones. Really nice seating area and not badly priced. It is quite small though so there was a queue but it was worth it.

We walked a long way with two young children to find that the cafe was closed, even though the information on Google opening hours stated it was open. Sudley Castle, please keep your information up to date.

The coffee and cake in the morning was nice but when we went back for a toastie later in the day it was dire. Many items they had run out of and these were items on their regular menu and sure as hell not exotic or special. The queue at the till also seemed to take forever, and I am not quite sure why, just seemed to be a general mishmash of people behind the counter and not much order ?. After having to change out original toastie option due to no pears for the pear stilton and walnut choice only to be told they had no brie left for the brie and cranberry option we got a refund and went elsewhere.

Went in there at2.40pm and told not serving food or drink,kitchen is full. Had to go to Wynchcombe for food and drink so cannot comment on either

Terrible service, 20 mins to receive drinks and 45 mins to receive food from order. When food came items missing so advised waitress who said she would sort but still never arrived.

we had the most delightful experience at this cafe! the food is very delicious, with plenty of choices on the menu. there are great options for vegetarians + those with dietary restrictions. i personally recommend the chicken caesar salad, which is super tasty & nutritious. the service was also really speedy and the staff are so friendly and pleasant to talk to. the atmosphere is cosy and relaxing, we loved it!! thank youuuu?

As with other recent reviews, the service is poor and food is awful. Long waits (>1hr) for over cooked & reheated food.
