You need staff that are more approachable & less conflictual/hostile. A customer should be entitled to a refund if their charging wire is faulty. Not an exchange

Absolute dire service, My grandparents Bought an Amazon voucher off the Gloucester Store for a Christmas present. It didn't work, so I went to return it to the store where it was purchased [27/12/2022]. And they gave one of the worst reasons I have ever heard as to their justification of refusing me a refund, when the receipt is in my dam hand for goodness sake. The Colleague said she needed to ring a 3rd party person to verify the purchase, then followed by saying, and I quote "we cannot refund you today because the bloke is not working on a bank holiday", I'm sorry but if you as a business are open for trade on a bank holiday then why fob people off like that? Not to mention my grandparents are over the age of 80 and are 40 pounds out of pocket, that this trainwreck of a business couldn't give a hoot about once they took their hard earned cash off them, then proceed to reject them a refund when they sell a shoddy product. The Number on which the receipt says to contact in the event of the card not working does not work either, so what hope is there? I insist everybody in the Gloucester area to stay well away from this Company Please because their business practices are rotten to the core, if you are willing to do this to people...

I was sold a demaged item I only noticed it when I tried to slide open the usb and it would not open as it was demaged by stacking under something, when I went to return it,I was approached by a rude store manager jo bullock who refused to give me a refund and told me I did it by myself when I only bought this on 24th December and when I noticed it was demaged they were closed untill 27th December. Very disappointed

Wide range of products, nice display, and good quality. However a HUGE ripoff. Prices are insane. It got to a point where i saw a mechanic pencil being sold at £11 while i bought it from asda at £3. Would only recommend if you like wasting your money.

WH rip off . Went in today and bought an HP ink cartridge £26.99 for one , buy on get one half price , so £40 for the two .Amazon price £18.99 for the two . No wonder why no-one goes there anymore. Its expensive , obsolete sales model and I see no future for it in the High Street . It is one Iconic brand that I would gladly see the back of .
