You need staff that are more approachable & less conflictual/hostile. A customer should be entitled to a refund if their charging wire is faulty. Not an exchange

Popped into Smith's today, to get two Birthday cards, for my Grandson & Granddaughter. Had a wide range of card's, to choose from & the member of staff was helpful.
