I went in to buy a shirt, my partner liked a dress in the window, I asked one of the ladies working in the shop where abouts the dress was in there and she replied 'last one', I asked what size the one on the manikin was, she responded 'skinny size'Now being a female who wears a mens 3XL, I don't think I'm that in denial about what would fit and what wouldn't.I said obviously not for me, she looked at my partner and said a size 8 or something like that.With that I tried my shirt on and took it to the till where I explained I'll just take 'my fat shirt, thanks'Poor customer service.Clothes are lovely quality though.

My wife returned a dress today to this store; she had bought on sale. I waited by her side, as she spoke to the staff. However, the sale price had dropped further. She was not refunded the full value paid. Staff were unhelpful, not even offering an apology. Fishy and a bit weird...
