Wonderful friendly cafe with fabulous staff. Amy and her team are super helpful and make the cafe feel like a community! Dog friendly, my dog knows who to see for her treat! Coffee and cakes good too! A little haven in Gloucester x

My happy place :) I especially love the cafe which has a really calm atmosphere and brilliant service from everyone who works there. The coffee tastes fab and they won't charge extra for oat milk. Really reasonably priced!

Does what it says it does.... it sells books. Unfortunately you can get books from other outlets a lot cheaper. You might not get the variety in the other stores, but you can usually get the new releases. A book store such as this is really only good if you want obscure books or older books in paperback. Pity, because you can't beat a proper book store.

We like Waterstones very much. It has an excellent selection of books etc.
The cafe is also a lovely social place to stop for a coffee and snack. The staff are very friendly in the cafe and shop.

The service at Waterstones cafe was wonderful. The staff: Molly, Amy and Jess were very welcoming and friendly. Drinks and cakes were also really nice. Perfect place for a cute study date!!

I'm a big fan. It is a big chain. Something more appealing about an independent book Cafe run by an enthusiast.. But I like that there are pen written notes about the place, often pertaining to local peoples reading tastes. The staff are bookish types, the book selection is great and the coffee is really good. For me it's the nicest place to go and do books and coffee for some hours.
