We visited the store today as we both had different issues with our new telephones and we're locked after by Jack. Jack was super helpful and sorted everything out for us and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service we received from Jack was exemplary and cannot thank him enough.

I went into the store to get a new sim card as mine was pratically a fossil by phone standards. The store was very busy when we got there, but organised and we were seen quickly. The lady who served me was lovely and made sure that I kept my number. The process was also quick and I was not pressured into purchasing anything I did not want. I'm happy I decided to choose Vodafone to move to.

Went in to get my partner a sim only contract, was greeted by the store manager, who took down what we were after, and when the next employee was free was taken to be seated. The lady who served us was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to and sorted out what my partner was, no pushy sales, just what we required. Also have had a positive experience with the store, and have been with Vodafone for over 28 years

I had a superb experience with Kelly from Vodafone, Gloucester. I went into the shop looking to move to a SIM only and save money. Kelly took at look at my contract and what was on offer with various tools at her disposal and enabled me to get an upgraded phone with a cheaper contract AND global roaming included which was important for me. Aside from the contract she was extremely friendly, attentive and a pleasure to converse with. Great work Kelly!

Received a text today...
"Just to let you know, as set out in your agreement, from April 2024 the cost of your monthly plan will increase by March's published RPI rate of 4.5%. We're also making some changes to the cost of some additional products and services.
We understand no one wants to see prices increase, but like all businesses we face inflationary pressures which have raised the cost of running our network and providing our services. These cost increases are affecting many telecoms providers across the UK."
Yet they report this to investors:
"Total revenue increased by 4.0% to ?45.6 billion. Group operating profit increased by ?0.6 billion to ?5.7 billion and basic earnings per share increased to 7.2 eurocents."

At first they where great but after a couple of months they started taking money out on the dates they weren?t meant to so I?m losing out of money because they can?t stick to the dates we agreed on so before you think about going with Vodafone I wouldn?t take your money else where

Up until Monday I'd always had great customer service from this shop.On that day i took my broken phone in seeking help and advice. I was initially pleasantly approached by Victoria. However her complete attitude changed when she found I was only after help and wanted to get the data from my broken phone to an old one. Both supplied by Vodafone. She really wasn't helpful just advising me to go to online back up. Not really wanting to help transfer the sim and sd card which in the end she asked a colleague to do. No offer to send off for screen repair, no attempt even at a persuasion to consider buying a replacement. Awful attitude, couldn't give a monkey's and passively aggressive. I've previously worked in customer focused sales so recognise good and bad sales people. I would definitely not employ this person and if she had behaved like that in my business I'd terminate her employment for that incident.
