I have been trying to contact this branch for 2 weeks via phone and I NEVER get an answer. I?ve called in the morning, late morning, afternoon and still no answer. I am not in a position to attend in person and the question I need to ask cannot be answered online. Absolutely appalling.

This place is useless. They previously mixed my prescription up with another person?s, meaning I had to wait another 2 weeks for glasses I told them I was desperate for. Now, they have cancelled my daughter?s appointment the day before, with some poor excuse.I definitely won?t be using this place again.

Disgusting service . Had my eye test done . Order new glasses.4 weeks waiting . Phoned multiple times and no returned call.Only to find out the incompetent staff never ordered them .I suggest they need retraining .Never go back again !!!!
