5 Stars for the Gloucester branch staff member. Very polite lady, with strong ,,I Can do attitude'' solved my query with no time. Straightened misleading information I've received a day before over the phone, and had amazing conversation with my daughter about the Harry Potter .

If the its not a problem with the system, its 'we cash up at 4pm' SO WHY ARE YOU OPEN UNTIL 5PM!! Come Monday I will be taking my money out, and closing my ISA. I've had enough.

Refused to allow me to withdraw money from my wife's account despite being authorised to do so for the last 12 years. No money for bank holiday weekend. Thanks TSB and the most unhelpful staff I've ever come across.

So I came into the bank to get a new card on the 4th of JULY!!! I was told I would be sent a new card within 5 working days, so i'm still waiting till now for this "card" to come it has been 12 days!! Not including Sundays. I decided to call them because honestly they are really taking the p*ss, to only be told that it had never seen sent!! Wow I work full time as well I do not have time to keep coming into my bank to get money out, it's just not good enough I suggest to anyone thinking about coming to tsb DONT!!! Go somewhere else, I will be leaving soon myself. Worst bank I've ever been with.
