Excellent service today from Fran and Andy.. I went in for walking boots and initially saw Andy who was courteous and helpful.. unfortunately the boots I tried on were slightly too small and whilst Andy was serving another customer Fran helped me find another suitable pair.. she went above and beyond with her exceptional service and made the purchase of a vital piece of footwear for me a pleasure.. great advice and tips about suitable insoles! The boots are good value so thankyou Fran I would certainly recommend Trespass Gloucester Quays.. ?
