Had a few slip ups with orders on line delivery dates not matching up and supply and quality issues , but Ian sorted out the problems and Delivered the items as arranged. So , now a happy customer .

I ordered sand for Friday so I could start my patio on the weekend. Only to get home from work to realise the sand hadn?t been delivered. When I called they told me I have to wait until Monday because the deliver lorry broke down even though he told me they have four other lorries.If they had of told me earlier I could have got a deliver from somewhere more reliable. I won?t be buying from travis again.

Just when I thought the hire side had improved after trying them after using another hire company. The first vibrating plate pull cord broke on the first pull. The next time I hired a plate, I was charged for 2 days when it was 1 day and charged more than was 1st quoted on the phone! 2 stars for the fact it was a new plate!

As per most Travis sites, staff are rude and slow to unload and advise. Sites mostly unsuitable for artic units to. Despite ordering in baulk.
