A big thank you to Tiffany and Josh for their help today. There has been an issue on the last couple of orders where the Ronseal paint has been grey instead of brown. Everything is usually fine but for some reason the last couple of orders there has been this issue. Their service in trying to help me avoid the issue moving forwards has been fantastic and I'm very grateful. This sort of thing isn't Toolsheds fault but the high level of service makes everything fine in the end :) thank you!

Worst toolstation store I've been to. The attitude of the staff would be more in line with working as traffic wardens and not dealing with paying customers.

I went to your store today, armed with the front off my external post box to see whether you sold replacement locks ? Nothing was too much trouble and she even took my old lock off and replaced it with the new lock for me ! I wasn't expecting that , but it was much appreciated and saved this ''elderly lady '' a lot of time and effort in fixing it myself !

Absolutely waste of time! Called the store to find out an item availability and been waiting 25 minutes and never had a answer...so wasted my time...never shoppef before from this company and will never do it ...will look elsewhere

Bought a strimmer but when trying to charge the battery it showed battery fault do not charge, returned for a refund. Waste of time and petrol.

Going in there as a woman on my own doing a bit of DIY I thought I was going to feel awkward but absolutely not. The staff could not have been more helpful and actually knew something about the products. We are very pleased with the drill. Will choose them over B&Q in future.

Ordered for collection got a text to say ready got there hand written notice on door closed due to staff shortages. Ok once is bad luck next day same excuse I have to finish a job before I go away how rude not to even text or email to make arrangements to collect from another outlet. This is a very poor business clinging on to screwfixes shirt tails . Wake up and smell the coffee before you disappear up your own arrogant #rse
