Going in there as a woman on my own doing a bit of DIY I thought I was going to feel awkward but absolutely not. The staff could not have been more helpful and actually knew something about the products. We are very pleased with the drill. Will choose them over B&Q in future.

Ordered for collection got a text to say ready got there hand written notice on door closed due to staff shortages. Ok once is bad luck next day same excuse I have to finish a job before I go away how rude not to even text or email to make arrangements to collect from another outlet. This is a very poor business clinging on to screwfixes shirt tails . Wake up and smell the coffee before you disappear up your own arrogant #rse

Sad to say, as I did love toolstation.There next day collection is AWFUL, item should have arrived yesterday in the branch, still nothing... to make things worst I have been on hold for the past 19minutes waiting to speak to some one.. please please PLEASE go to screwfix if you need next day collection - the organisation from toolstation is embarrassing

Used my favourite Tool station 5th December to purchase a lever lock and fire door sash lock. Staff friendly as usual and found an exact size. Excellent service again.

Arrived at opening time. Greeted with a smile by the mangager who then explained very clearly the new purchasing arrangements in light of the Covid-19 Virus Pandemic.Purchase was made, however the whole time we were enjoying some simple conversation and a few laughs. A very pleasant shopping experience.The manager is a credit to Tool Station Gloucester, sadly I didn't remember his name.50 DeWalt concrete bolts M8X 75mm.Highly recommended ??
