Perfect Customer Service. They always find me a perfect deal. The whole team is extremely helpful, no matter what the problem is they will always go extra mile to help. The sad thing is that some customers are coming in with unrealistic expectations and are abusing the staff when it's not their fault (and I was a witness of this kind of situation).

Bad customer service.
My 24 months contract was ended and they still deduct my amount on 25 month even I cancelled after 24 months.
When i visit store,Rather than refunding my money they give me lame excuses.

Rubbish customer service. Stood here right now for the last 15 minutes waiting in the shop completely ignored by the 3 staff who are dealing with customers. No-one is managing inflow or advising on wait times. Absolutely rubbish
