Not my local store but the worst customer service I have experienced, staff were very rude.Went to get a mirror for my daughter and was very happy to find one I liked. Got a few other bits with it. The mirror was priced at £22.19 and went she priced it all up the total came to £50+. I paid for all items but realised there was an error in the total so informed the cashier. She directed us to customer services as she was unable to correct this.Informed the cashier at customer service who advised us that she will not be able to rectify the error. We would have to take at the incorrect price and will have to return after 24 hours and if the price has been adjusted to reflect this she will refund us. This is according to trading standard laws. I have worked in retail for many years and I am aware of trading standard laws but there is something as customer service.Could have avoided all this by just refunding us the difference in error that was made by their incompetence. Very rude and ended up returning everything due to this. Really poor customer services and will def not shopping there again. Attached proof of purchase.

"The Range" appropriately named it's full of thing's were you wondered were you're neighbours you don't speak to gets them from and your dieing to ask ?very helpful teamwork in the shop they'll find someone to help you if they don't know, and there's a cafe ?it's excellent shop and service.
