Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Hayloft it is situated in a very nice quiet area & only 3 miles to Newbury Town
The loft room & bathroom was lovely spacious very clean warm & cosy
With the choice of a great size shower or free standing bath the bed was very comfortable with lovely fresh Linen
The fridge was stocked with a loaf of bread, jug of milk, orange juice crumpets, yogurts jams & there was also a nice selection of breakfast cereals, musli, weetabix & breakfast bars. Plenty of tea & coffee
sugar cubes was very limited & only my partner takes 1 sugar in his drinks
The very slight downside was having no full length mirror near a power point to dry & style my hair & get ready for a special occasion we were attending
A cheval mirror would of sufficed along with 2 lap trays to eat our meals.

Room was nice but wasn't cleaned too well. In a nice secluded location with easy access into Newbury. Shower floor was dirty, crumbs by the toaster and stale water left in the kettle. Breakfast was underwhelming as it was just some boxes of cereal and some bread, butter and jams for toast. If the room had been cleaned properly before we got there it would have gotten a much higher rating.

Very Nice... Great hosts. Very well layed out, plenty of room. Very clean and attention to detail is noticeable. Good facilities and very important... ultra clean sheets on a comfy bed. No one could be disopointed with this accommodation, wether 1 night or a week. Hosts very accommodating. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you Hosts.
