I always come across perfume shops here in the UK, but I don?t usually feel excited to go in. The atmosphere often doesn?t feel welcoming, and the staff rarely show much interest in helping or presenting the variety they offer ? it really takes away the joy of discovering a new fragrance. That?s why I usually prefer buying perfumes while travelling in the Gulf region or occasionally from Zara.
But this time was different. I walked into the store with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. A staff member named Sibi Chakravarthy (hope I?m spelling the name right) completely changed my experience. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the collection and helped me choose the right perfume.
Because of his guidance, I made my purchase happily and left the store with zero regrets. It?s rare to come across such honest and thoughtful customer service ? I truly appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience at The Fragrance Shop. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was absolutely spot on ? attentive without being pushy, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.
What really stood out to me was how well the staff understood the products and were able to guide me through different options based on what I was looking for. They took the time to listen to my preferences, offered excellent recommendations, and explained the differences between various fragrances, which helped me discover a few new favorites I wouldn?t have considered otherwise.
In fact, their advice and outstanding customer service were so effective that I ended up buying much more than I originally intended ? which, to me, is a clear sign of how skilled they are in both product knowledge and sales without ever making me feel pressured. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable, and truly professional.
Overall, I left the store very happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service and great fragrance selections!

Exceptional experience at the Perfume Shop! The sales assistant's convincing manner and the manager's in-depth product explanation left us truly impressed. Armani's 'Stronger With You' fragrance is a must-try. Top-notch service and knowledge!

This store didn't have any of the perfumes I was looking for and the sales assistant didn't know them so couldn't make any alternative suggestions. She did offer two samples, which were so far off the mark as to be rediculous.
