I have been a regular user of this store and it's continuously gone downhill this year. The shelves are often bare the majority of the time and it's hard to get the things I need. Last month (July) was horrendous with loads of large gaps in the fridges.
Some of the nice staffs member that I used to chat to have left and I can only assume this is part of the reason. The new staff members seem to be falling behind or

I?ve just received my Whoosh order from my local Tesco express and again an item has been charged for but was not in my delivery bag. Have tried calling twice and no one answering? annoying.

One of the employees here, Dave, is incredibly unprofessional and unwilling to help customers at all. Usually come here and service has been fine but this experience has completely put me off.

Use this store often and most of the staff are great. Lynda needs to work on her customer service skills. She refuses to pack bags?despite there being zero packing space for customers. With a bad back I?m bent over packing bags on the dirty floor. I use the staff manned tills where possible instead of the self check out as if the staff are not utilised there won?t be a job for them. Lynda doesn?t seem to realise that if she does no more than a machine does, what job is there for her when a machine is cheaper for corporate!As a retail store owner I know customer service?.Lynda needs a refresher course.
