Love these lot. Ok some things are out of stock and they seem under staffed at times. But! The staff are always great with us. We have been going here 10 years or more and have got to know a lot of the staff rather well there are some younguns there with brilliant politeness and happy to have a giggle with you. There is one older lady that can be a bit short and off sometimes (not rude or anything like that but not chatty) but the rest are so great to have a chat with. One with short curly dark hair is absolutely fantastic at customer service. She is chatty happy and never fails to leave me walking out with smile. I personally hope she never leaves as she makes my day. Keep up the great work everyone and I hope we never lose this community based local shop.

I regularly pop into this store to collect parcels, but pretty much every time I walk in there is no one at the till or on the shop floor and quite often have to wait 5 /10 minutes before someone even notices that I'm there. Last time I went in to pick up a parcel, an older lady came to serve me at the till and when I said that I had come to pick up a parcel, she was very rude and raised her voice saying that she can't do it as she needs to man the shop floor. I would have completely understood if she had apologised for the inconvenience and asked me to pop in later - I most certainly did not appreciate being barked at when I had just asked a simple question. I really hope they employ more staff and improve their service soon!

Usually impressed with this store , I was there early this morning to see a young girl being told off for not doing her job properly , the poor girl was in her own at the time , while the other two staff were out the back . When I was at the till she was picked on again in front of me and other customers ( the girl had medium length black hair ) genuinely felt sorry for her , she had reasons to complain and take things further , SO NOT IMPRESSED with your hard working staff being treated like this , Sunday morning 2nd Feb , before 7am

The staff at this Tesco are normally lovely! But I guess they weren?t available on Christmas Eve because the old lady that served us was the rudest member of staff I?ve come across. We asked for some coins in our change, to which she barked ?you?ll take it as it comes?, as if we were children. I understand if you don?t have change?.but be polite! I was holding my clubcard out for her to scan but she ignored that until I pointed it out. I get it, it?s Christmas Eve?.but it was early in the day, and you?re being paid to be there! So fake a smile and get on with it. I work in retail myself, so I know it can be rubbish working at Christmas but that?s the nature of the job. If she?s the one on the till next time I go in I?ll just not bother. Of course, I?m also aware there are self serve tills, which is great but sometimes you need something behind the counter etc.

The only staff interaction I experienced was being asked if I have paid for a carrier bag. There is a function on the till to add a bag without physically scanning one, can you please remind staff of this option.

Nice and clean. Better layout than other express stores. Parcel service does take up a lot of time if your waiting at the tills to pay for things. Not had any problem with staff since it opened.
