Random stop here whilst getting something from fb marketplace. Not a huge superstore, but plenty of choice

There's someone in the meat production and distributing area who keeps putting half eaten wings and bones in Tesco's hot and spicy/barbecue wings packages and packaging them up to the store. That is extremely wrong, illegal and unsanitary for anyone to do that. That's putting people's lives at risk and nevertheless, it shows a character with no morals. It needs to be investigated.

There are and were some very friendly staff but but the way I was treated by a few of them and to members of the manager team. Not mad to feel welcome this was for about over a year. A shop across the street will never shop there again

Great and helpful supermarket to have here in Churchdown

Churchdown, Gloucester Store. Good general supermarket, generally a good experience occasionally has less choice that the larger stores in Gloucester, Brockworth or Quedgeley.

I Today used this store, it?s local and given the covid situation did not wish to travel far for some ?mid week? supplies. However, after the ?shaming? of today?s visit by a rather sarcastic security guard, I doubt I?ll be back. I was in error myself, missing the arrow marking on the floor showing a direction of travel around the store that we must follow. I was not alone and had to circumnavigate a few shoppers who were moving back and forth between aisles, but I took the appropriate actions to keep my distance. The security guard called me quite loudly with a polite ?excuse me madam? and pointed out that I was not following the arrows. Grateful (and a little embarrassed) I thanked him as I had not noticed but he adds a sarcastic ? that?s why they are all looking at you funny?. Is there any need?! Then he proceeds to smirk while in a group of 3 other Tesco employees all huddled together in a group, certainly not maintaining the social distancing rules. Hypocrite! I found his attitude to be that of a rude jobsworth and did not appreciate it. A smile and polite reminder of the rule would have sufficed. I think I?ll avoid this store and remain with Sainsbury?s... far more civilised and less snide!

Very convenient to have nearby without having to go to a bigger store closer to the city centre, can normally get most things I need here but on a few occasions I've had to go to the larger store at St Oswalds as they normally have a larger selection to pick from.

Massive queue (all the way down the store) for a checkout today, TWO checkouts open. Loads of staff 'milling' about...... not good enough.
