Very concerned about the process for Evri drop-off at this store. I got my barcode up on my phone and the counter assistant took my phone off me and turned his back completely on me with my phone so that he could scan the bar code into the machine which was behind him. This was all done behind the counter and I could not see what he was doing. I was very concerned because I feel he could have scanned the code by just partially turning. I keep all my debit cards, driving licence etc in the side and I had £70 cash in the wallet case too, it was all clearly visible to him. No cash was missing but you hear of cards being copied etc. He didn't say he was going to take my phone off me. I wouldn't go to this store again for Evri drop off, something felt very wrong.

Feel really bad writing this as the staff are all lovely and the store is really well stocked but the smell of sewage in there is unbearable and having spoken to half a dozen other people who have all said the same I wonderful if this might be the only way to reach someone who can do something about it. It?s common knowledge in the area and I can?t imagine what it?s like working in there. Otherwise a great store

The staff at this store are very good, especially Sarah and Jenny. They are always busy, if not with stocking shelves, it's helping customers. The younger staff are good too...Uriel and the lovely red haired girl. Good customer experience all round.

I have been to Tescos express a few times. Its not like your main Tescos store . A lot smaller than the main storeI picked up some sugar and coffee.

Having been turned away very rudely at the kingsway store with my parcel I chanced this store on my way into town.Completely different approach with friendly staff who helped me with my parcel without a problem.
