This Tesco is interesting. It is the only place I walk into in Gloucester where I feel like all the staff hate me and have personal problems with me, despite only having a tertiary interaction with them and having never met them outside of the four walls this Tesco encompasses.

In the last couple of months. There are a few new security guards working with in Tesco express of whom I believe to be quite polite and respectful. I would like to go further than that and I would like to also say that there are 1 or 2 security guards of whom I had massive issues with, and these issues were undeserving. It seems that these individuals have had a complete turn around and now are seeming to come across, polite and respectful. It definitely seems like this issue is one that is being acted upon.

Walking back from watch rugby with the other half and the pooch to pick up some bits for dinner. I waited outside with the pooch as she went in to gather?. One of the items wasn?t available and she came to the door to discuss as the security guy said ?no problem come in with the dog? so refreshing to see someone make a call, as when I asked it was discretional based on what he saw. Well done Tesco security!

On entering the first thing I noticed was the dirty floor which hadnt been cleaned for at least 3 days, it was disgusting, then turning to the till area to get a lottery ticket we noticed 1 person working with eight people in the queue. I'm not sure who the manager is but they take zero pride in this outlet.

I came 7am to buy quick breakfast and because they have delivery they decided to close for 1h . I paid for parking ticket check on website says open . I have been in meny Tesco's with delivery never closed but this one for some reasons is different. While I was waiting I count that lost 35 costumers in this hour.

I've never been so disrespectedOn 17/12/22 around 4 am the employee did not allow me to buy a wine and still caused me commotions and mocked my person. He accused being together with another boy I've never seen in my life. You need to train your employees or hire qualified people
