Tesco quedgeley is rubbish if you want to contact and speak to someone. I have tried several times today because I am worried about my prescription Medication which has now ran out due to waiting on their pharmacy. The prescription was requested on the 7th July and I'm still waiting. I tried contacting the pharmacy to be hung up on several times. Rude. I even spoke to a manager who said they would put me through only to be waiting for about 10 minutes and then was hung up on again. Totally unacceptable behaviour from Tesco Quedgeley staff. Just because your busy is no excuse for unprofessional ism and rudeness.

Bought a bag of Cadbury Oreo Bites and they were completely STUCK together. I was disgusted because usually it's Absolutely fine! I expect better storage from a massive supermarket. This isn?t a chocolate bar, it?s a joke.
Tesco should improve there quality of food!

I go in to this store on a daily basis and it?s generally well stocked, always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A BIG Thank You today to Clare on Customer Services, who so kindly helped me with something I was a little unhappy about. She couldn?t have been nicer, friendlier or gone out of her way more to make sure I left the store a happier customer. Thank you, Clare - ?

Tesco may 7th 245pm . I absolutely loathe self checkout tills . They leave the elderly vulnerable to accusations of theft when genuinely a mistake was made . Not me but the elderly lady next to me distressing for me let alone her . Why was I there because 2 served tills open both with huge queues. Saving on staff at the time expense of the public . As for the great clubcard scam don't get me started. Then to top it all Both car wash and jet wash out of commission as they have been for days . Come on Tesco thought the new manager would have this sorted by now . Don't forget aldi is literally across the road .

Don?t go shopping here at 6am in the morning it was a right shambles, did my shopping the got to checkouts i have a trolley full of shopping to find there?s only basket tills open what a joke . I started scanning my shopping then run out of room to put my shopping ,I said to a member of staff this is ridiculous where do I put the rest she then scanned the rest on another basket till and I had to pay two separate bills . At this point I wasn?t happy so threw the shopping in the bags to then be pulled up by security ,, what is this world coming to it gets worse everyday .

We bought Parsnips that were rotten and THREE packets of Prawns that had MITES in them. DISGUSTING. Great christmas dinner. Thanks Tesco. Dont buy this pack in the picture! If you want to waste 20 pounds by buy 3 packs.

This review is specifically for Sean in Customer Service. He's a great person to have in that team. He took the time to sort out clubcard issue and to duly explain how to use mobile app properly rather than just sending me back to the online information as others have done elsewhere.

This Tesco has a range of items from meal deals to quality meats. Once I?ve done my shop I do like to go for a coffee so I either visit the Tesco cafe which I love or the Costa which is nice too

Tesco in Quedgeley is almost always a great experience. Rarely, do they not have something you are looking for.
