Went in to Gloucester store to buy a carpet for my mum. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Special big shout out to Mitch who went through the whole process of ordering and fitting details with us. Would highly recommend them

First class service. My elderly mum was moving from Wiltshire into a new home in Gloucestershire and needed carpets fitted quickly, and she was worried she wouldn?t have carpets before her furniture arrived and that she couldn?t be at the new home at the time of measuring and fitting, but the guys reassured her and they took all the stress away. My mum gave them a key and they did it all, the fitters did a lovely job, and put the key through the letterbox after, Mum was so happy when she saw how beautiful it looked. Thank you guys, you all did a fantastic job, made us so welcome with your kindness and patience .

Poor service throughout. Once they have your money they are not interested. Fitting was failed as subfloor was not suitable in fitting day even though we had a survey.I then was informed I had to pay a restocking charge £400 and I have been fighting for a refund for a month.They don?t answer the phone. If you do get hold of them they don?t call you back.Waste of time and I would not go near the Gloucester branch.

Went in for a carpet in the lounge, was greeted by mitch and Paul who were very friendly. They made the whole process very easy. Fitters were very friendly also! Would recommend 100 percent!

What a pleasant shop, the team made me a lovely coffee while I looked around. The manager Mitch was great, didn?t want to sell me something I didn?t need, showed me options so I could pick the right one. Will come again.
