Went into the Gloucester store to refund makeup and was served by Emma. Not a very pleasant experience at all. Had bought items and some had a 3 for 2 offer and some other offers, makeup was bought by my sister for our mum and after seeing what she had bought i noticed it wouldn't work well with my mums skin type, so some products were kept and most returned. Emma didn't seem very happy to have to do her job and refund items including some that were on offer. she repeatedly told me that because i hadn't returned all of the items associated with the offers it made it more difficult, which is understandable, however at the end of the day i am here to return products which are well within the refund policy and i don't need to be moaned at for asking someone to do something that they are paid to do. She also didn't fill me with confidence when it came to identifying which products were being returned on the receipt. She pointed out a product that i didn't have and again reminded me that i hadn't returned all the products associated with the certain offer, when in fact i did have that product and it was on the counter in front of her. She then pointed at a different product on the receipt and said she had meant it was that one, which again was on the counter in front of her. She eventually got it right on the third try. I felt as though she wasn't entirely sure what she was doing, and wasn't filled with confidence having to correct her a few times. Perhaps if she focused on doing her job instead of telling me how i hadn't returned all the products and made her job more difficult then it could've gone a little smoother.

Went in 2/3 days ago to return a product, that wasn?t cheap btw. Had the receipt was only used 4 times. And said this company is praised too much its (his smile) and that it does nothing, was told that it?s not them so I have to call on the number on the back of the product? At the end of the day, you are buying that product in to sell it at your store. If the product does not work and the customer has the receipt what is the issue, was told that I can?t be given a refund just because I don?t like it, no I don?t like it? Because 14 pound was spend on this tiny product and it?s rubbish to be frank, this product is sold at you?re store and if I had a problem, other people are, you can?t not refund people because it?s not you?re company, at the end of the day you are selling it to your customers as you?re company, so you are the ones that have to deal with it, if a customer has an issue, you can?t just say not our issue ????? even worse also I think it?s the manager that spoke to me and said all this, makes it even more funny but annoying at the same time. Avoid his smile useless and avoid this place as if it?s not under Superdrug they ain?t gonna do anything about the product absolute joke. ?? (won?t be returning)

Wow what a terrible company , Superdrug no longer taking phone calls and it all has to go through WhatsApp or email. Ordered through Superdrug a new hairdryer in April 2023, which is now faulty, I was unaware that this was through a third party Superdrug market place, and Superdrug themselves will not help or resolve this as it though a third party which is fine but can?t even getting any contact details in order to do this. If I have paid on Superdrug website they should help me. Terrible service ?

Very rude team! Especially this feminine boy follows me and my friends around the store like he wanted us to feel like thieves. I don't understand this unreasonable rudeness. No working cameras or pure malice? ? nastyyyy

I can usually get everything I need in Superdrug. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Not overly priced.

Never seen so much rudeness in all my life!! I simply asked her to do it for me. Amy?s response was ?You can do it yourself!!? I mean excuse me, I asked her that what?s the problem is if she does it?!! She cancelled my transaction and asked her supervisor to take over and stormed off!! it?s not my problem my replacement card hasn?t arrived yet. In my home town they?ve never had a problem. What a lazy snowflake!!

It was awful the women called emma was ever so rude she was very disrespectful to me and my friend and she had an attitude in her voice which wasn?t good as your supposed to be helping the customers not being rude to them we picked up a lip gloss and there was no tester we had no idea so she decided to make a big deal about it and started to tell us to stop huffing at her but was wasn?t she needs to be talked to as she wasn?t the best person thanks.
