I dont get why so many reviews on this place are bad the customer service was awsome the food amazing i would highly recommend the chicken tikka, the only thing i would recommend is to have the upper seating opende for a bit more because i normally go here at like 5 - 7 and i normally eat downstairs i prefer upstairs but other than that amazing will continue going there?

The Chicken was still frozen in cubes inside. You could still see it glistening. The item could have been made better by a toddler to be honest. It was a mess. I contacted both the restaurant and the head office. No response other than an automated message. It's obviously OK to serve their customers this way. I used to be one. Not any more!

Lovely staff at this branch. QR reader was broken but they took my voucher anyway. Thank you. And thank god they don't have those awful self service machines! Talking to actual people, what a treat.

Had lunch today with my wife and we were confused by the new menu and options. As a result I was given the wrong choice. The manager was excellent and immediately corrected this. So please that Gluten free bread available and plant based cheese.

Flustered by service because had a code for free cookie and staff member didnt know how to process it. But I got it free anyway which I appreciate. Service seemed a bit hurried which was flustering. But food nice. Pixie seats too high and too close to table for our fat bellies.

Staff are rude, do not smileI ordered 3 6inch subs and garlic bread, they were given to me stale and burnt tasted awful, all 3 subs and my garlic bread were put into the grill all together they weren?t even cooked. I also asked for 3 cookies and 2 were wrong , I won?t be returning.

Me and my boy friend Went here and the staff was slow, didn?t have hardly any stuff, the women who served us was very rude, rolled her eyes a lot! Went to get a cup drink and had no Pepsi just fizzy water came out.My boyfriend went there not long ago and was throwing up for 3-4 days after eating a subway melt (ham, turkey, bacon) ect and by the seems of it, it was food poisoning!Very disappointed

Very very slow staff, waited TWENTY FIVE minutes for her to slowly make three rolls!! Today waited 5 minutes after calling ?hello?? Four times he appeared, and then just looked at me?? Sandwich ok but had to ask twice for a bag, ?he just looked at me so I had to explain why I needed it, to get home with a warm roll. I will avoid this one from now on!
