Usually this place is okay, but I've had a few bad customer service experiences, here is the most recent:
Shop was empty, I'm walking past the window and a staff
member is shaking there head at me, I walk in, no welcome or anything... just staring at me, in no rush at all.
I had to ask if it was open, since I hadn't been welcomed and I was the only one there. This was met with a ridiculous smirk as if it was a stupid question...
Seeing as a staff hadn't mentioned a word to me yet, not a hello or welcome almost as if I was bothering them and there chat. I knew I wasn't going to get a good sandwich nor good service so I left.
This was mid afternoon on a Sunday mind, it's not like it was before closing... I see why the shop was empty now lol
If you can get served, the food is usually okay, but most of the time they seem less then happy to serve you, and more bothered by your presents.

Came here around 7 then got told no hot sandwiches. Poor mate.

Had a lovely sub from here Wednesday afternoon around 5pm.. was delicious. Cheese and tuna, jalapeños, red onion and mayo. Gentleman with glasses served me and my partner made sure my gluten sensitivity was acknowledged and catered for.
Will come back again, thank you!

Can't go wrong with subway. Price is so expensive nowadays! Not the cleanest place as flies are around which is annoying.

One word. Pathetic. I am not surprised why this subway doesn?t have enough customers. The lady at the counter was rude, talking to her siri, and wasn?t even interested in making the sub for us. Literally throwing vegetables in the burger instead of gently laying it. Not enough to meet the promised portion size. It should be my first and last visit here.

The 3 gentlemen who has served us today at around 12 disserve the biggest recognition by the management. Subway went down hill in the past few years, food was being thrown around, subs were sloppy and service was just below average.These 3 gentlemen were so polite, and handled every single piece of food with respect. It's weird to talk about stuff like this but honestly, all subway stuff should look at them and take a page out of their book. I've had extremely bad week, and they actually brought smile to my face!
