I an a support worker and i took one of my residents in for a coffee and cake. I didnt realise that you can only pay by card. The resident i took in was a vulnerable adult and can only use her card in the bank. The.manager and her staff were amazing and waived the fee. This was such a kind gesture that you rarely get in this day and age. It was very much appreciated, so Thank you.?

What a wonderful establishment! Not only are the staff friendly but the drinks are amazing with a selection for all the family to enjoy! This is the best starbucks I've been too in the uk.

An easily accessible location by car so a good meeting point. Ample seating inside. However, the Air Conditioning is set so cold it is very uncomfortable. We are in England & A/C set at 16 degrees C is stupidity.

This place always gets my drink wrong. I think the biggest problem is they don't listen to you. I have no idea how many times I said, just let me finish my order. Then I repeat myself and then they did not record it right. One of the guys did not even know that espresso is not the same as coffee. I order the same everywhere at Starbucks most places the drink tastes very similar. Just at this particular location it's all wrong. I once chatted with a manager who was pretty nice, but generally the staff there is not so friendly. I am just in loss for words. I am professionally passing Gloucester around ones a week, and I have given up on going to this location as they just always get it wrong. Every time, I went the drink tasted different, but even different from the last one they made. It is almost a gamble there. The last time I tried the girl said that it tastes different everywhere because every location uses different products and the drinks have different ingredients. It is just a NO from me. I wish people working there would take more pride in what they doing.

Fed up with your outlet being used as an office for work from home people who are clearly using your outlets, particular on retail parks where parking is free and saving cost on a coffee probably lasting 3 or 4 hours and occupying a table with some using more than one laptop. I for one will not frequent this outlet or other of your out of town shops in the future. Staff there are good and always enjoyed a once quiet coffee. As a guide there are always between 5 and 9 using your facilities at any one time

New and functional rather than cosy this place does the usual Starbucks offering. Plenty of free parking and a drive through option are available on site. Staff were friendly and helpful.
