A great experience I had to have a tooth out and Gordon my dentist and his dental nurse were fantastic they put me at ease as I?m very nervous of the dentist I never felt a thing. The reception staff were great as well.

A brilliant experience - would highly recommend to all. Professional, supportive, kind - everything you would want from a Dentist. My eight year old had broken his tooth in an accident at Centre Parcs and we were seen the next day. Ollie was amazing and Freddie left with his smile fully restored within 45 minutes!

4 mins late for a kids check up appointment they made us come back later or book the next day.When you turn up on time they make you wait 15 - 20 mins then see you.Awful service wouldn?t recommend.

As a 42 year old i was becoming more conscious about how my teeth were looking.I first looked at invisalign, but that wouldn't have fitted around my lifestyle.So braces it was, I did my research and although 20 miles away, St.James' was the place that stood out based on reviews.From day one , Chris Marston, his assistants and the reception team have been first class, friendly, professional and attentive.Every step of my journey was thoroughly explained and allowed me to understand the process better.I finished my treatment early as, being a good chap, listened to what my dentist told me I had to do!But expectation was tempered at all stages and finishing early was a combination of my teeth behaving and an amazingly talented dentist.I could not be happier with the result, I have more confidence and am eternally grateful for all you have done for me.Thank you.

I cannot fault their customer service, very nervous going to the dentist and the receptionists put you at ease straight away with their friendly chat and smiles, Simi was so calming and made me more at ease, didn?t do anything without checking I was ok, thank you to st James dental you guys are brilliant xx

Exceptional practice. New patient. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Jaime welcoming and informative, found an appointment for us quickly. Chris the dentist was brilliant with a VERY nervous patient for urgent treatment. Simi was the dentist for ongoing care and is totally amazing, she is very professional and so kind, and her team are great too.

I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Chris Marston and I have only positive things to say! Chris is an approachable, considerate and incredibly skilled dentist; overcoming all setbacks with ease, only settling with perfection and he has been very accommodating by fitting in my treatment before I left for uni and finding an alternative to the routine fitted wires as I requested. I never felt anxious about anything because I could completely trust Chris' expertise and he let me know what was happening every step of the way making the process very easy to follow even for a disorganised and forgetful person like me! This experience has not only provided amazing results but has also really helped me to improve my dental health overall. My teeth are as straight and clean as can be and I am more disciplined than ever before! I?m very grateful to have had Chris as my dentist this past year and in the future as well. Thank you Chris!!

Jaime, who I believe was the Patient Coordinator, was extremely helpful and was able to get me an appointment which I desperately needed. I?d called up several times before and was told it wasn?t possible however she managed to work the impossible. Can?t thank her enough.The woman at reception were also extremely helpful however I unfortunately didn?t get her name.St James Dental is always a pleasant place to go into and I highly recommend them.

Kylie from St. James Dental surgery visited Field Court Infant Academy and did individual class visits in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. She spoke with the children about good oral hygiene, the structure of their teeth and how to care for them. Kylie had an excellent manner with the children and pitched the talk at an age-appropriate level. She made it engaging and interactive through a clear, concise presentation, discussions, games and practical teeth cleaning on model teeth. All of the children thoroughly enjoyed the talks and the feedback from the teachers was excellent. Kylie was very well organised, responsive to emails and also even went to the effort of following our school behaviour management strategies whilst she was there. We would highly recommend the oral hygiene talks to any school!Thank you Kylie!
