Bought some swimming costumes for my daughter in a size bigger than she wears. Got them home and one she couldn't even get above her legs and the other barely fit. Store won't return them despite the fact she could have tried them on in exactly the same way in the store with underwear and the plastic strip in place. The items are not fit for purpose when the sizing is so off. Won't be shopping here again.

Miserable staff, no one to serve us on tills, waited 5 minutes before staff finally showed and wasn?t offered any apology at all.Disappointing experience that unfortunately seems to be shared by many.

Very poor experience in this store. Lady who served us was extremely rude and literally threw the box with football boots down on us. At first she was nice but after my son needed to try another pair of football boots because the first choice didn?t fit , she got annoyed that we need to try another pair. Very poor service. I found out her name is Tracey, she should be thought some customer service skills and not to get annoyed by customers choosing the product they want to buy.
When I asked another member of staff if there is anywhere that I can leave feedback about poor experience and explained what happened, she said they don?t and didn?t really care that we were treated that way.
Definitely not going back to the store, will spend my money somewhere else.

This place actually makes me sick. You can tell none of the employees want to work there. Toxic place.

Poor service and rude staff. We came because my husband wanted to return sliders as it was not good fit. Firstly find out that policy changed and he can?t get any refund only change or put money on credit which we never heard about such policy and it says 28 days return possible on receipt. Then manager was absolutely rude talking to us threatening us that they will call security like we we?re criminals. She did speak to us loud and with no respect. This is not first time we are having bad experience there. Last time we ordered T-shirt for our son and it was lost.

It's a nice store, packed with a wide selection of sporting equipment, clothing, and other items. You can find everything from jackets to shoes to underwear to footballs, hockey sticks and everything in between. It's quite pricey, but the items on sale at discounted prices are really affordable

If the deal was given out of 100, I would still give it 1. All of them, including the employees, do not deserve even 1 point. Definitely stay away from this store.

Spent £90 on a pair of football boots here and they ripped apart after 1 game, but the store couldn't offer any form of reimbursement, help or advice. Store manager was stubborn & unfriendly.
