I purchased a baby dolly next to me crib for my 2 year old daughters birthday. I opened the box, and i?m missing a leg! I tried calling smyths to talk to them about it and i got no answer! This is a joke!

My wife and I were in smyths gloucester this afternoon buying presents for our granddaughters. There was a young lady and an older lady in front of us at the till. The younger lady decided extra toys were required in spite of the check out being halfway through. So she went to get them. The queue building was was extremely large and the old lady in front of us got quite angry when I mentioned it. The young lady came back after about twenty minutes. The people in the queue were quite upset about this but the old lady and young lady were oblivious to it. The old lady got quite sarcastic about me but she was wrong, we don't go to the till until we have everything we need.

We purchased 3 toys for my 7months old on the 3rd of March and retuned on the 4th. One toy was faulty one just doesn't fit for purpose as a bathtoy had holes on it so it's a potential mould hazard. They refused to replace the bath toys as I removed a 3cm long sellotape to check tho toy in the box, the box was un damaged and non of the toys been taken out from the package, but still no refound. I've never experienced such a rude and miserable staff including the "manager". You should supply some training to these guys.... Absolutely shocking experience....

Very rude manager (don't know her name), can't believe someone in her position is allow to talk to people like she did. Also, ladies at the till clearly hate their lives and take it out on customers. They're in a serious need of training because talking to customers like they're pulling them out of their a**es is not acceptable - especially in a toy store.

Spent about £300 over Christmas on toys one item worth 30 quid was intermittently faulty, so I took it back and within 2 min lady I spoke with at the till said it was ok. Her name is sarah she told me there was nothing wrong, then beki was next to her and jumped on the bandwagon. I asked for the manager called Kieron who could not be asked to find out what the issue was saying as far as they can see the item works until I told them I am not going home with the item and they should take some time testing it or give me a replacement that?s when they said they will do that. All they did was put batteries and pressed a few buttons. it was obvious you needed a PHD to figure that out. Rubbish customer service from them it?s a one way street in that store when you see employed adults arguing about children's toysI would never undermine anyone but those three individuals have to be most ?unprofessional?people I ever encountered, I can only phrase it that way due to Googles policies maybe corporate needs to to improve the policy's and trainingAfter a few days I was told the item was not faulty and they cannot replace it, I should collect it or it will be disposed, I can not bring myself to their level, so if your seeing this keep the item it will save me the trip to the tip

I recently visited Smyths Toys and was blown away by the selection of toys they had to offer. The store was incredibly well-organized and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and even discovered some new toys that I hadn't seen before. The checkout process was quick and easy, and I left the store feeling like a kid in a candy shop. I highly recommend Smyths Toys for anyone looking for a wide selection of high-quality toys. 5 stars!

Completely unacceptable!!!As a concerned parent I went into the store after Paul had installed a car seat. The car seat seemed to have a lot of movement so I went in with my concerns to check with the staff if the seat was safe. All I wanted was for the seat to be checked.The manager KIERON was absolutely unprofessional. He was RUDE, disrespectful, had no qualities of a manager, and was not even willing to check the seat to give me reassurance.Marcie then came to my assistance. She checked the seat and gave my assurance it was safe. She was brilliant and should be a manager.
