Customer service at SCS Gloucester is pretty poor. I hate to moan and I?m not usually one to leave low reviews?The past few times I?ve walked into the store it?s empty and I have had to go searching for staff. One woman that worked there as I walked in she had just stayed sat on a sofa looking through her phone.The only way you can call SCS Gloucester is by calling SCS customer service and whenever I ask to be put through there is no one there to pick up the phone.I?ve requested call backs, where customer service has emailed the Gloucester branch and I?ve not had them call me back.Cheltenham store is brilliant, I think his name is Ollie, he works at the Cheltenham branch and when we ordered our laminate flooring he was great, as he was covering at the Gloucester store for a day - really bubbly and chatty great customer service.

I needed a good quality sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. A very freindly salesman called Youseff looked after me. He was very professional, offering excellent advice and made me feel important. He was extremely helpful.Thank you.

Didn't enjoy being followed around the store by a sales representative. More than capable of looking for carpets and sofas unaided. Didn't like the 101 questions "Are you moving?" "When are you moving?" "Where are you moving?" Very off putting. Many of the sofas looked dated in their styles too. Will try not to return.

We purchased a bedroom carpet here, the salesman asked if we needed underlay, we said yes but were not offered a choice. The carpet was on sale for £12.99 & the underlay was £10.00. He also charged us for a door strip, because he said ours would be destroyed when trying to lift it up Almost as dear as the carpet! The receipt was emailed to us rather than being given to us when we We were rather shocked at the price. I don't think it was a good shopping experience & I also don't think I'll be going there again. SCS said they would look into my problem, I think they've had long enough now, so, SCS, I'd like a reply now please.

People are nice in the store but don't let it fool you. After sales is hell. You can't connect with anyone. These people have been so bad for many months and today expected my replacement delivery and all the wrong stuff came. Leave well alone..ONE WEEK LATER NOW STLL WAITING. NOONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. At last I did get my replacement furniture. But still trying to contact them for money they owe me... Impossible as never answer their phones. Who ever is in overall charge of SCS SHOULD GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. I often wonder how many other people are having problems with this firm. Lot's more bad thing I have found that is SO wrong with SCS ..NOW in April I believe this store should stop trading...

Would never use this company again. Guarantee Christmas delivery, and the new sofa turns up mid-January. No Compensation. had to borrow a store sofa as ours was removed before thie new arrived.No customer service at all!!!

I have always had sofas from scs but not anymore the after sales is shocking as when I ordered mine they said I could have a certain colour but when it came it wasn?t the right colour ordered they sent a sample piece out and said this is the colour now as they don?t do a light grey I wasn?t told that when asked about it I was told yes no problem you can have that colour match so how can they not do the colour I wanted but have the colour advertised on tv and now I am stuck with sofas in wrong colour and can?t do anything about it as they don?t ring back and when they decide to give you a short phone call it?s to say the same as they said the last time we don?t do that colour no more it?s absolutely disgraceful

We're not able to show me anything that I had seen and had liked on line. Sales posters everywhere however I had been in the store weeks prior and the prices were the same. I know all the furniture stores do it but still, it is naughty. Sales person seemed disinterested in helping me when he realised that I wasn't planning on spending large amounts of money. Left me to 'look around and find him if I needed help'. I left shortly afterwards.

We have bought sofa from Scs Gloucester.When we received sofa,we found that,it?s taking lots of space.so we think to exchange sofa.we tried to call customer care,but there was long waiting time.Next day again I called,and they said on Monday regional manager will call.Whole day there was no call from SCS.Next day again I called customer care,but no positive response.According to customer care only store can solve the problem.At last I have to visit Scs shop because there was no direct shop phone no.I spoke to store manager if we can exchange or return sofa due to less space in living room.He explained me due to company policy he can?t do that,but in invoice it?s written that with in 7 days we can amend the order.But it was not the case.I have been advise to take measurements before buying sofa.Overall it was not a good experience.

Awful experience. Popped in for a sofa and carpet. The sales process was easy. We were delighted with the price and finance as well and free fitting.Well it's not really free fitting. On the day the fitter asked for £84... Not at any point had anyone at SCS told me that we would be due to pay that.I was told that it's what I agreed to however it is blatent mis-selling. I could barely find it in all the paper work and not on any sheets I signed!The fee has been waved but honestly I'm still angry and disgusted.To add insult to injury, the carpet was measured wrong so I'm missing a step, the fitters left my house a mess and all the rubbish in front of my house.Awful experience

Had the most horrendous experience with SCS, premium grade sofa faulty after a couple of years so tried to claim on the expensive insurance that we were convinced to purchase, only to be told that neither fault were covered!! Even though the insurance was sold to us as an insurance that would cover everything!Extremely disappointed with their workmanship and their customer services! Would definitely not recommend and would never purchase from them again!
