Excellent service buy Sid today,went through a upgrade on my insurance,which I didn't take up , but Sid was very patient and knowledgeable about your products.
He also helped me with a future account which I will open , setting up a appointment for me.

I've needed to go to this branch around 4 times in the last year. Every time it's been shut for various reasons. I'm changing bank altogether to a more reliable one.

Very poor service received when changing to a joint acct. Visited branch, filled out forms, they took them and scanned them in. 2 weeks later - they cant find them - and want me to do it all again.I might - but at a new bank.

Just went in for some advice on opening a savings account the man we spoke to was obnoxious and really unhelpful left and went to the nationwide across the road absolutely brilliant so closed all my santander accounts
