Recently changed management and they are trying their best by implementing a new system in place. As any business they would require time to settle down. People need to appreciate the pharmacy folks for the excellent service they provide, their hard works are often not recognised.

Worst pharmacy I've ever heard of I've been calling non stop now or 20 minuets and the staff there are just hanging up I need to check if my proscription has arrived as I've ran out. And they can't even answer the bloody phone no customer service at all ?

I only ever come to this chemist to collect prescriptions for a family member and every time I go there I just get more frustrated.They never have anyone on the counter just serving continuously.I always find that I will go and there is no one on the counter, they?ve seen me and they still continue talking at the back or doing what they are doing for around 10 minutes and then they eventually come and serve me. I don?t understand why they can?t drop what they are doing to serve me, because whatever they are doing isn?t a priority because half the time no other customers are in there so it?s slow time stuff they are doing anyway or just nattering.You don?t even get acknowledged whilst waiting, it?s not hard to just say I won?t be long I?ll be with you in a moment you just looked at in disgust because you?re interrupting whatever they are doing.I am a frequent customer of badham chemist and they are brilliant, so maybe take a leaf out of their book!

What a shoddy lot of staff .i am a new patient, i got my doctor to reorder my back up medivation, and I got a family friend to collect them, and he was told that its at Badjams.then Badhams daid we have not gof it, it is at Rowlands ,again they said that they have not got my medication, so I contacted my surgery , who gave me the order number and Stated that the medicine IS At Rowlands,again I sent a family member to collect my medication ,again they say that they have not got it.The staff haven't got a clue !i just hope that I do not suffer from my illness ,ot else I will take this further !

It is a friendly atmosphere in there, however, purely aesthetic, It could do with a bit of colour and and life in the store itself.They also have a parcel collection service

Delivery service beyond useless, sometimes they forget certain meds, sometimes they forget to deliver altogether. Online pharmacy services thankfully make me no longer need to deal with these useless people.

I went to the pharmacy yesterday, waited 10 minutes. I am the only one in the queue and no one acknowledge me. 3 staff inside chatting away ,finally I walked away.i am going move pharmacy to elsewhere soon.Very poor customer service. Pharmacy late to open most of the morning due to pharmacist delay in coming in.
