Always go to the store and spend over a certain amount which I won't mention. However, on this occasion I wants a full outfit and the lady which is named Toni served. She was very helpful and patient, considering I was spending a lot of time looking around and wanting to try on a bunch of outfits. But what made me give this place a review is that she tried to get me 10% by signing up to their rewards scheme. So I hope supervisors or managers are aware of the asset they have in store.

went into the store yesterday wanting to return items. the guy who sent me the email receipt must've had a glitch or spelt my name wrong as it didn't come through, I had a terrible day.. lost my phone that morning by leaving it on the roof of my car and had spent the last week ill. the manager in there went above and beyond to help me get a refund, I wish there was more people in the world like you working in shops/ sales! as soon as me and my mum walked out of the shop we both couldn't believe it! thanks so much and thank you for not making my day worse lol. x

I was advised by customer service to return a pair of white Jean's that was damaged in 1 wash.I felt 2 inches small talking to the manager of the River island store today.I wasted my time travelling to the store to walk out a very unhappy customer.I expect a pair Jean's to last! and wash well when brought from River island.Poor service!I have never felt so embraced and humiliated!
