Decent machines if you can get on them. Minimum age should be 18. Too many 16 year olds, hogging machines with no idea of what they are doing. Even when staff are in attendance, it feels like a playground?

The manager and team have made the gym welcoming and have built a community feel to the classes and to the gym. A huge improvement - you can feel the difference.

I used to be a member when I moved to the area two years ago. It was really good and considering I went at a peak hour of around 18:00pm it didn?t seem that busy Monday to Friday. Weekends are less busy.
Over the last year though capacity went up so much and became too crowded. Multiple groups of 3 or so people using one machine or bench just became annoying too often. With that came the annoyance of weights not being put back or just in the incorrect bit.
Shame as started off good but has fallen off a bit but I guess you now really do get what you pay for with being one of the cheaper gyms.

Water fountains still not working
Water machine not working (part of member benefit)
No emails sent to notify you before you turn up so unless you have money to buy from the vending machine, you are left filling up from sinks in the toilets.

Keeps cancelling my membership for no reason. It is the second time in less than a month. Also very passive aggressive with their emails. I forgot to put back a weight ONCE and they suspended my account. My membership was from the 19th to the 19th, but they have cancelled it yet again. It is only the 13th. Very inconvenient as I have had to miss the gym and it is very disheartening for someone trying to get serious about gym. Gym code seems to not work properly often. EXTREMELY POOR customer service which basically does not exist. They have no number to call. Their fb messenger takes over 12 hours to respond. Disappointed!

Been going since 2017. Very good, generally clean gym, everyone is respectful and minds their own business. The showers need a bit of attention, alao shower gel dispensers wouldn't hurt. Can get crowded at times. PTs are friendly.

my first session at this gym was today.i enjoyed it and will be back as a regular user. the gym is very clean and the equipment is modern. there is a lot more machines here so there is plenty of choice. give it a go. it is also well priced. half the cost of the two other gyms i used to use. give it a go.
