Always friendly and helpful. Good at knowing what customers need by having a stock of extras like the milk and coffee and tea.
The lady who stocks the children's lucky dip charity box is very gifted, my daughter loves the prizes that she has, quite amazing and a nice touch for little ones.
There's a small playground with a couple of swings and a slide and a climbing frame. The fence around it could do with a bit of attention but the playground is safe.
We come to this particular premier inn every year.
Location is fab.

Bathroom bin was clearly not cleaned for a significant period of time and caused an awful smell. Rooms were spacious but need more effort in tidying up between guests.

Nice location for visits to nearby sites. A very basic hotel with no lounge or bar area. And the rooms have reduced in size since I started using Premier Inns over 20 years ago. No bath in our 'Premium' room and shower water preasure was quite poor. Ultimate Wi-Fi was also pretty poor when it worked. Staff were friendly though and a good amount of parking on site. I will probably visit again if I'm on a budget...

Stayed here twice now on business. The hotel does have a few WiFi issues, but nothing you can't cope with. The two rooms I have stayed in were clean and
spacious. The staff were very nice too.
But I took must say that Megan on reception is a true gem. Friendly, competent and truly makes your stay. Look forward to being back.

Totally amazing and comfortable
Megan the lady/ receptionist who signed me in on few occasions was most exceptional+ friendliest hostess and ever so patient as had issues with a company. All reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Pity the WiFi didn't extend the whole building that's is only negative point n network coverage But I will be back as Arnie says lol .

Stayed here as we were visiting family. Superb room, excellent front of house staff, all members were lovely with a special mention megan who is a great asset to the team! Can?t wait to come back in the summer when we visit again!

I'm not a fan of the new style rooms with metal framed shelving. Noisy plumbing. Staff were lovely though.

Stayed here for a wedding. Room stank of smoke. Didn't have time to tell reception as we had 45 mins to get ready to go to the wedding. Dirty and shower leaked all over the floor and couldn't get any real water pressure. Long story short. Shoddy. Worst premier inn I've ever stayed at.

If your room is far from reception you will not have WiFi signal. 1 mbps download, 0.30 mbps upload for the free WiFi, my 1 bar of service here is the equivalent speed. Was given a code for ultimate WiFi, however the WiFi is so bad that it drops in the room.
There is also no elevator, and the car park is kind of busy (due to the restaurant) + limited accessible parking (parking is free when you stay here though). Location is okay, Gloucester is near by and Cotswolds aren?t too far away.

Facilities are old and broken. I'm told it was recently refurbished, but clearly not well.
