Stayed here on a work trip this past week, the hotel is in a perfect position for a business customer.The only issue being the free Wifi did not work at all, not really the hotels fault more Virgin media who provide it.Alana (receptionist) did a fantastic job at sorting out upgraded wifi so I was able to complete work whilst staying and went above and beyond to deal with any issues I had in regards to it.Would happily stay again

Stayed for one night to break our journey. Arrived late into the evening to find the lift broken, but the lovely reception staff had given us a 1st floor room, so that was ok. It was -4°c outside and someone had left the window open so the room was freezing! Didn't sleep well due to noise - could hear guests in room above, then workmen started to fix the lift early and woke me. A member of staff came into our room (knocked but bearly waited for an answer) because they wanted to see if we had checked out - this was over a hour before check out! Breakfast is over at the Brewers Fayre - cooked food (done to order) was nice, but bread was stale (been out too long) and some items weren't replenished despite having an hour of breakfast time to go.All staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location for us, with lots of free parking. But, we should have been warned about the noise and didn't enjoy a freezing room after a long drive. Stayed at a lot of Premier Inns over the years. This isn't one of the better ones and I'd probably not choose it again if there were other options.

Typical premier inn, staff friendly and value for money. Meal deal is always worth having. Excellent service from the adjoining pub. Highly recommended.

Good night stop for M5 although access route complicated. Acessible room was excellent as was reception staff. Adjacent Harvester also good.

Very clean room. Good food and excellent breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.Rooms: Because of my mobility issues they allocated me a ground floor room.Food & drinks: Good food and great breakfast served to your table and nice and hot.

Expensive rooms without breakfast service and room cleaning, hot reception with heating on at 30 degrees with an almost summer day outside, terrible internet reception, I made demonstrations for high prices without a basic breakfast and no room tidying up service as usual in all the hotels in the world.I was sorry to complain to the young receptionist because the manager wasn't there but this hotel has nothing to do with hotel services, even in guest houses and cheap hostels you get better service without asking to make your bed... ..I don't understand why it hasn't failed as a chain yet.On the other hand, the staff are all young, very smiling and very welcoming.The hotel policy should change.Rooms: Rooms are too expensive on certain days and cleaning service you have to make sure you always ask for it because they don't come in to make up the rooms if you don't.

Walkability: hotel more or less on a trading estate..bus available nearby for trip into Gloucester..but as we were there only 1 night ..didn't bother

Had a lovely stay here, whilst visiting friends and family we felt very welcomed, clean and big rooms. Had breakfast next door that was very good too. Also it is very clean de to the motorway which is very handy

Always stay here when I'm in the area and it's perfect every time! Room was clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very convenient with all the shops/food places within the area. Will be back!

I stayed here with my husband Saturday night. Such a lovely little hotel and such a lovely team. Made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed. Thank you

Great service from Suzy and Alana. We stay here regular, always do there best to make our stay better, really friendly team would definitely recommend staying here especially for business as you got everything so close to you
