Service rubbish. Had my parcels redirected to King Square branch for pick up on 5th September. When I got there they were closed due to some computer upgrading. Nothing to say when they will be open!

The staff are rude very rude attitude there is one staff middle aga went in there take my parcel needed a cellotape said to me ho its run out then swap her mouth you have to buy it because don't give cellotape to seal the parcel.her body language was rude no manners the way she thought thst is prefional yeh to her works behind the tiil but not to me has customer. So l went to her level spoke back just way she had her attitude. And her argunt attitude shows alot on her staff attitude. No thank you you are putting tge post name down on and has a stafff disrespectful not to me to your self

This has got to be one of the best customer service experiences i have encountered! I have been at Gloucester Post Office several times over several years, and every single time without exception I was pleasantly welcomed and looked after with care! Today i was booked in for an appointment to receive my first passport, and Kerry, a very sweet and kind lady was helping me with my application. She explained everything in depth and answered all of my silly questions! But when i started coughing and Kerry offered me her own unopened bottle of water, i completely melted.... this has got to be the kindest person I've met! Ive been looked after and had all of my queries resolved. 10/10 experience!

I popped in today on the off chance of having 3 passports and a driving licence sorted out. There was every effort made to accommodate me and Kerry was fantastic. Passport renewal appointment on time no waiting Kerry explain everything as we filled in the online application with photo. Kerry was very helpful, friendly and gave a great service. Definitely recommend and use service again.
